Carl Delica, ARNP, DNP is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner who currently practices at UWMC Montlake on the neurological surgery service. Prior to joining the department, he served as a nurse taking care of medical-surgical telemetry patients for 12 years, 8 of which were spent at Harborview Medical Center.

Casey Hodson, ARNP

Hailing from Columbia Missouri, Casey moved to Washington in 2019, just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Entering the medical field during this unprecedented time solidified to her that nursing was where she was meant to be. She chose to further her education and enter a provider role in 2024, but maintains the compassion that comes with nursing. Casey has worked with neurosurgery patients since 2019, and looks forward to serving them well into the future at UW Medicine.

Annalisa Anderson, DNP, ARNP, AGACNP-BC

Annalisa Anderson has always lived in beautiful Washington state, growing up in Skagit County. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pacific Lutheran University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a nurse for nine years in medical critical care and progressive care.

Julia Anne Suico, DNP, ARNP

Julia Anne Suico is a nurse practitioner and teaching associate with the Department of Neurological Surgery. She completed her Doctor of Nursing degree at the University of Washington and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Julia has over seven years of nursing background in various acute care settings (medical surgical, oncology, intensive care, cardiology, neurosurgery).  

Kaitlyn Hartl, PA-C

Kaitlyn Hartl, PA-C

Kaity Hartl, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant and Teaching Associate in the Department of Neurological Surgery at UW Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and Global Health from the University of Washington, and then her Master of Clinical Health Sciences through the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant Program. Prior to her PA career, she worked in community health research and inpatient physical therapy.
