CONCLUSIONS: An AI algorithm combining UDF, ML, and automated registration was developed and applied to test cases, showing that UDF can yield fused detections and decrease false alarms when applied to breast cancer detection. We report a 34-year-old man who had a nonhealing, verrucous plaque with central ulceration on the lower leg. This case-patient is a rare example of endemic limited cutaneous leishmaniasis in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Clinicians should be aware of this disease because its manifestations can vary for individual patients.

CONCLUSIONS: Patients undergoing primary hip arthroscopy with concomitant low-back pathology can expect favorable outcomes, but outcomes are superior in patients undergoing hip arthroscopy for FAI alone compared with FAI with concomitant low-back pathology.

CONCLUSIONS: Both OPVE and ES techniques result in normalization of cranial shape in patients with isolated sagittal synostosis after two years with minimal morphometric differences. Family decision-making between the two approaches should be based on age at presentation, avoidance of blood transfusion, scar pattern, and availability of helmet molding and not on expected outcome.
