For the 2025 NRMP Match cycle, the University of Washington Neurological Surgery Residency Program has four PGY-1 positions available.
Medical students who wish to apply for our Residency Program must apply through the ERAS (AAMC) Electronic Residency Application Service. The following items are required:
- ERAS Application Form
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE scores
- Three letters of recommendation (at least 1 must pertain to a clinical away rotation)

Prior to matriculation, medical students must have passed USMLE Step 2 and graduated from medical school.
