This is the first report of a large, multicenter cohort of patients with all categories of adult hydrocephalus who were enrolled prospectively and assessed using the same standard evaluations performed by trained examiners.
Though the results and trends identified may or may not reflect the broader population of adult hydrocephalusin the US and Canada, the results yield important insight into the similarities, differences, and needs across all 4 adult hydrocephalus categories.
