Zin Khaing, PhD awarded $1.96 million grant from the National Institutes of Health

Congratulations to Dr. Zin Khaing who was awarded an NIH research grant in the amount of $1,957,000  for her project “Hemodynamic basis for secondary cervical grey matter tissue loss after spinal cord injury”. Dr. Khaing also recently received funding from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation for research on preservation of bladder compliance and longevity after spinal cord injury and funding from the Brotman Baty Institute for her project on cellular and molecular signatures of successful CNS regeneration.
