Biography

Hailing from Columbia Missouri, Casey moved to Washington in 2019, just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Entering the medical field during this unprecedented time solidified to her that nursing was where she was meant to be. She chose to further her education and enter a provider role in 2024, but maintains the compassion that comes with nursing. Casey has worked with neurosurgery patients since 2019, and looks forward to serving them well into the future at UW Medicine.

Clinical Interest

Making patients feel at ease during stressful times is Casey’s primary goal. She is eager to expand her knowledge across all realms of medicine over the years to come, but is especially interested in exploring how to best support patients of color and the LGBTQIA+ community.
