Biography
Maggie was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. She attended the University of Montana where she majored in biochemistry and chemistry. She worked in a biochemistry lab under the supervision of Dr. Bruce Bowler focusing on cytochrome c and its role in apoptosis throughout undergraduate school and for one year after before applying to medical school. She attended medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine where she discovered her passion for neurosurgery. In her free time, Maggie enjoys skiing, hiking and running outdoors.
