Congratulations to Dr. Levitt who was awarded an NIH R01 grant in the amount of $95,149 for his project “Improving the Computational Modeling of Coiled Cerebral Aneurysms through Synchrotron Microtomography.” This project to develop an improved method of CFD modeling of coiled cerebral aneurysms that can be applied in a clinical setting builds on his ongoing NIH-funded expertise at creating computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models of brain aneurysms.
