SpineHealthie is a smartphone app that gives patients and healthcare providers a new way to experience virtual pre- and post-surgical care, together. We provide a frictionless digital platform for providers to continuously collect meaningful clinical data from patients, for patients to receive real-time feedback on their recovery, and to build community amongst providers and patients to share their surgical journeys. To develop a revenue model, we will conduct an intensive review of the reimbursement process for remote physiological monitoring (RPM), evaluate which features in SpineHealthie can be exploited for RPM, and develop new features to meet demand for novel telehealth and remote monitoring follow-up.
